How do I apply an event discount?
You may be eligible for event discounts if you are a current member, sponsor or volunteer.

Discounts for members
Paid HighEdWeb members (premium, institutional, affiliate or student) receive a registration discount.
Register with your membership email
Follow these steps to ensure your registration discount applies:
- Open the the registration page for the event
- Enter your membership email address into the Attendee Email Address field.
- Press the Tab key or click in the next field.
- Additional HighEdWeb paid member registration options appear.
What to do if your discount doesn't appear
- All faculty, staff and students of institutional members may receive event discounts. Make sure to connect to your institution’s membership before registering to activate the discount.
- Check your Membership Profile to learn if you're a current paid member. Free general members are not eligible for event discounts.
- Email membership@highedweb.org if you need help.
