How do I apply an event discount?

You may be eligible for event discounts if you are a current member, sponsor or volunteer.

Discounts for members

Paid HighEdWeb members (premium, institutional, affiliate or student) receive a registration discount.

Register with your membership email

Follow these steps to ensure your registration discount applies:

1. Open the the registration page for the event
2. Enter your membership email address into the Attendee Email Address field.
3. Press the Tab key or click in the next field.
4. Additional HighEdWeb paid member registration options appear.

What to do if your discount doesn't appear

• All faculty, staff and students of institutional members may receive event discounts. Make sure to connect to your institution’s membership before registering to activate the discount.
• Check your Membership Profile to learn if you're a current paid member. Free general members are not eligible for event discounts.
• Email membership@highedweb.org if you need help.
